Roll-up Door
Roll-up doors were mostly utilized in shops in the Philippines though they can be used in homes too. In Western countries, roll-up doors were being used to secure garages that can be remotely or manually controlled.
A roll-up door were made of small horizontal interlocking metal slats that are guided in a track; the configuration coils around an overhead drum which is housed at the head; may be manually or electrically operated.
Spandrel
Soffit or mostly known as Spandrel Panel (Spandrel) is is a material that is installed in between the eaves of a house. Structures that do not have roof overhangs does not require spandrel.
Spandrel acts as a passive ventilation unit for your attic. It keeps warm moisture in the air from entering the attic air and condensing and creating mold.
C-Purlin
C-Purlins were the metal replacement of purlins (or historically purline, purloyne, purling, perling). C-Purlins got its name by its resemblance to the letter C but it wasn’t shaped by mistake or to just replicate the letter but it serves a purpose on the metal purlins sturdiness.
