Great Swiss Metal Builders Corp. is committed to build and finish the project safely, timely without compromising the quality and the stated needs of our client.

The company aims an average of 10% growth rate in terms of acquired projects from the previous year and 10% growth rate in terms of income for the next five years.

Vision Statement

Great Swiss Metal Builders Corp. envisions to be one of the most efficient and premier construction company in CALABARZON area handling government and private projects by the year 2025.

Occupational Health and Safety Policy

The GREAT SWISS METAL BUILDERS CORPORATION‘s general policy is to accomplish work safely, competently and with appropriate consideration to the environment which will cover all matters regarding designs, methods, materials and equipments.

To achieve our safety objective, the Company will comply with the Safety and Health Plan as described in this manual and in consonance with DOLE/BWC Safety and Health Standards, which must be carried out and implemented on every project.

The full support of all employees is essential to the effectiveness of our safety program, thus requiring them to act and follow the Safety Policy at all times, and to be constantly mindful of our ultimate goal in becoming an accident free company.

Leadership

Engr. Vicente “Vic” Cantos

President | CEO

Engineer Vic Cantos is the Chief Executive Officer of Great Swiss Metal Builders Corporation, the General Manager of VI Cantos Marine Services and a stakeholder of at least four local and international business entities in the Philippines, managing the same since 2001 after returning from Switzerland. Before, he was the dangerous Good Supervisor for Swiss Air-Zurich Switzerland (1988-2000) wherein he gained experience after working to which he adopted the European attitude and mindset in terms of business etiquette.
